August 21-22 - Quantum-Touch Live Basic Workshop, Saturday and Sunday, 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. With seasoned instructors, Dave and Brenda Lappin. Quantum-Touch® is a method of hands-on healing or “touch” therapy that literally must be seen to be believed. Employing only a very light touch on yourself or others, you can profoundly accelerate the body’s own healing response for pain relief and stress reduction. August 28 - Reiki Level I, Saturday, 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Level 1 covers the history of Reiki, benefits of Reiki, hand positions, how energy therapy works, exercises to feel energy in your hands, attunement, hands-on practice. Manual included.  Fee: $75.00. Special: Bring a friend and the fee is only $65 for each of you. Call 417-869-8551 to register or e-mail: brendamccoy@intuition2.com. Minimum 2 students required to hold Reiki Level 1 class. Must be registered and $25 deposit paid by Wednesday, August 25.
